Women’s Network Logo currently represents anything but women as many social media users have expressed their rage with the new design.
Presently, the Canberra Times has asked for comment on who designed the logo. It was confirmed that no one outside of the office was responsible for it but that of the internal staff.
Women’s Network Logo designed in-office
To date, this wouldn’t be the first time Scott Morrison is in the negative spotlight. That is when it comes to the representation of women. Just some time ago, Grace Tame, former Australian of the year did not get along with Scott Morrison.
This follows the way he handled the rape allegations within parliament. He has since apologized for it and explained that his wife opened his eyes to what was transpiring. The Women’s Network Logo just adds another mishap to the list.
Sexist logo calls for poor messaging
When it comes to the Logo, this should have represented women at large but in actual fact represents the sexist ideology of men at large.
Right now, it is not clear who had approved of the design but it was certainly not the Women’s Network. The logo was supposed to represent women as well as equal opportunity but many could not help but recognize the phallic shape of the logo.

Thousands of social media users are criticizing the new Women’s Network logo as all it shows right now is poor messaging. The Logo is currently being ridiculed for its identifiable shape of the male body.
Currently, Scott Morrison’s office has not opted to comment on the criticism of the design. There is also no word on whether this will be changed. Hopefully, the public criticism will expedite a new logo in the making soon.
