Jojo Siwa and her DWTS partner Jenna Johnson got the first perfect score of the season.
In their latest Grease-themed performance, they stunned judges with their precision and execution of their routine.
While there have been headlines earlier this year that Jojo will be making history being the first same-sex couple on dancing with the stars, this is well..not so accurate.
Since there have been many reiterations of the show DWTS internationally, the number of same-sex couples is more than you would think. The young star would however be one of the youngest contestants on the show.
After receiving the news that Jenna and herself has scored the first perfect score of the season, Jojo took to social media to express her gratitude as well as excitement with all of her followers.
“WOW!!!!! I have literally no words!!!! I am on cloud 528183629 right now!!”
Jojo Siwa and Jenna Johnson overthrew Amanda Kloots and Alan Bersten who recently held the record for the highest score of this season’s DWTS.
Upon being able to participate in dancing with the stars Jojo admits that she wasn’t very comfortable in her own skin. She further noted that Jenna played a big role in her confidence boost and is her best friend.
