Good Things Festival has had a lot on its plate lately. Not only with the amount of booking taking place with the presale tickets but with payments.
Thus far, the Good Things festival ticket website has gone off the rails. After users couldn’t get past the payment section or be charged more than one time for their tickets.
As many were not receiving their email confirmation of the purchase, concert-goers opted to try again and again. Which resulted in purchases for tickets more than one time.
Presently, the Good Things Festival has announced that the problems on their website have been cleared. And that those charged multiple times will receive a refund for their purchases.
This comes after upset concert-goers took to their Facebook page to share what has been going on. During the pre-sale ticket fiasco.
“My family were coming to see you and so excited, they booked their tickets (2 TICKETS ONLY) you charged them for 6 all up AND LEFT THEM WITH NO MONEY IN THEIR ACCOUNT,YOU REALLY NEED TO FIX THIS AND GET PROFESSIONAL, REALLY,”
In announcing the website error that took place earlier today, the Good Things festival shared that they are ecstatic about the number of people purchasing tickets during this time.
“We are absolutely blown away by the demand for our festival and can’t wait to see you all in the pit in December.”

To date, the Good Things Festival will kick off on the 2nd of December starting in Melbourne. Before moving off to Sydney on Saturday the 3rd of December and eventually finishing off on Sunday the 4th of December in Brisbane.
According to Tone Deaf, the lineup includes Deftones, Bring me the Horizon, TISM, and The Amity Affliction to name a few.
