Moon Knight will officially be available to stream on Disney+ by the 30th of March this year. There is much mystery on the character as it is the first time the character debut’s in Marvel’s Cinematic Universe. While some have been focussed on the mystery thereof, others have been busy commenting on what the character’s voice sounds like.
About Moon Knight
So, since no one really has a background or an idea of who Moon Knight is, the series should be interesting to watch unfold. Before we get into the details of critics, let’s delve into what we know so far.
The trailer begins with Oscar Isaac, the Moon Knight, explaining how he cannot sleep at night and how he cannot tell the difference between being awake and sleeping. It commences with him frantically jumping from his bed with fright but he actually forgets that he tied himself to the bed which stops him in his tracks.
In what seems to be a character disassociation, the Moon Knight struggles between living the lives of two people. This is one of the things that seems to be driving him crazy as he hears voices in his head and quite frankly, seems very confused about what is happening to him.
Fast Forward
At some point, he even has a gun in his hand while driving a truck and only seems to be shocked about it afterward. But, the real action begins when he decided to embrace the chaos.
While we see the character simply out of place throughout the trailer, he finally lets go of being frantic about what’s happening to him and gives in to the voice in his head. Prior to doing this, the Moon Knight sees flashes of what seems to be the costume he will be wearing. So I guess what he has been seeing is what he was to become and eventually did when we see him brutally beat up someone.
Mocking Oscar Isaacs Voice
By the release of the trailer, some Twitter users had quite the comments on the sound of Oscar’s voice. Some believed that it is embarrassing and the start of a trashy series. However, true MCU stands behind Oscar all the way and even thinks that his British voice makes him even more appealing.
