Stranger Things will be back with all things new but this time it’s a bit bittersweet. The Duffer Brothers announced that season 5 will be the end of the series.
While there have been some heartbreaks and extreme life transitions in previous seasons, we will surely have a look at how the characters transition into their new lifestyles. As the gang goes through life on their separate paths, will the upside-down bring them back together somehow?
Well, surely we hope to see the Hopkins group come together again. But there are some things that viewers will be shocked about as they have a look at what happens next. In a previous trailer, Hopper is actually not dead! First of all, what and how?
Now, take a minute to take this in as there are probably a million explanations for this. And with the upside-down involved, there is bound to be some crazy twist involved. If you can recall, Hopper was actually thought to be blown up as he sacrificed himself for everybody else.
But now, it looks like Hopper is actually in Russia. I know, there are so many questions we have that are unanswered and hopefully, all the loose ends are tied up.

So, now that we’re only expecting two more seasons, you’ll be happy to know that each episode will be lengthier than usual which certainly makes up for the fact that we won’t be getting a lot more episodes.
According to Netflix, the first volume of season 4 will be released on May 27th and the second volume will be released on July 1st. All good things must come to an end and I’m sure these last two seasons will not disappoint.
