The awards are bestowed by Britain’s biggest selling film magazine Empire in recognition of excellence in the local and global film industry.
Jackman, star of The Wolverine, was presented with the trophy at the Grosvernor House Hotel in London on Sunday.
Robbie was honoured for her role as Naomi Lapaglia in the Wolf Of Wall Street.
The awards were also attended by Hollywood stars Tom Cruise and Arnold Schwarzenegger, who received the lifetime achievement award, as well as the cream of British talent such as James McAvoy, Simon Pegg and Steve Coogan.
Jackman’s accolade came a day after the 45-year-old made headlines for his Wolverine parody.
The actor ended a BBC interview by singing the famous Les Miserables ballad Who Am I as his character Wolverine in a parody song for Wolverine: The Musical. – AAP
