Lisa Wilkinson previously landed in hot water after she made her thoughts clear about Brittany Higgins alleged rapist. Right now, she is reportedly in the US to conduct interviews with Holloywood stars.
Thus far, Lisa Wilkinson recieved a Logie award for her outstanding interview with Brittany Higgins following the rape of the former liberal staffer a few years back.
Right now, The Project host is in the US for a host of interviews with a variety of Hollywood stars for the Channel 10 network. Hereafter, Lisa Wilkinson is not expected to return to The Project but will go on leave.
According to Perth Now, Wilkinson reportedly took her leave before the Logies ordeal which caused the trial of Bruce Lehrmann to be postoned until October 2022.
Last night, Lisa was visibly not present on The Project. And two other presenters are expected to stand in for her while she is on leave.
Previously, Lisa landed in hot water for making comments on Bruce Lehrmann. The host reportedly painted Lehrmann despite still going to trial. As a result, the case is now postponed until October.
Thus far, Lisa Wilkinson is reported to have landed in the US this past weekend. The Journalist will remain there until her duties have been fulfilled.
Since her speech at the Logies, Lisa received a lot of backlash from the public and her colleagues alike. Right now she is not expected back to her tv show for a while. Two presenter are currently set to stand in for her.
