Cristiano Ronaldo and his girlfriend Georgina sadly lost one of their newborn twins during birth. The couple first shared their pregnancy news in October 2021.
In a joint statement released by Cristiano and Georgina states that they lost their baby boy but that their baby girl had survived.
Thus far, Manchester United, Leeds, and Real Madrid are among the many that have shared their condolences to Cristiano and Georgina.
By December last year, Georgina and Cristiano Ronaldo announced that they were having both a girl and a boy. Cristiano now has five children in total.
Right now, there aren’t many details surrounding how the baby died as the couple asked the public to respect their privacy during this time.
So far, Cristiano Ronaldo shares a three-year-old daughter with Georgina and their newborn baby girl. The Manchester United forward also has two twins via a surrogate and an 11-year-old son.
At the moment, the identity of the mother of his eleven-year-old has remained undisclosed.
Among the others that have shared their condolences include Cristiano’s sister Aveiro. She relayed that their little angel is sitting on daddy’s lap in reference to their late father.
‘Our angel is already on daddy’s lap. And our little girl is there firm and strong and full of health and is going to show us with every day that only love matters.’
