Madelyn Allen has been returned to her family after going to meet someone she had met online. She was reported missing by her dorm mates on the 15th of December and found five days after her disappearance.
In the accused’s appearance at the court on Wednesday, the judge asked Mr. Brown if he had anything else to add or to say. He then told the judge that he would like to spend time with his children this Christmas according to the Insider.
According to Madelyn Allen, Brown held her against her will and threatened to go after her family if she left him. In addition, evidence of text messages of a violent sexual nature has since been found.
Request To Spend Christmas With Children Denied
Mr. Brown’s request to spend Christmas with his children has since been denied as Judge Wallace Lee added that the accused has a separate felony record in another state.
Among other things, Brown and Allen had been talking to one another on a messaging platform called Kik and had been planning to meet one another since.
Madelyn Allen Kidnapper Faces Three Felony Counts
So, the charges Mr. Brown face include rape aggregated sexual assault, aggravated kidnapping, and obstructing justice. These are some of the charges added to one he already has in another state.
According to Brown, he and Madelyn Allen have had sex on multiple occasions, and that it was consensual. He added that it was all part of the role play kidnapping.
