NSW mask rules have been updated and many will give out a sigh of relief when reading what the new rules encapsulate. To be quite frank, all of those who have not been vaccinated do not have to be cut out from society anymore.
In previous rules and restrictions, many unvaccinated individuals were stuck. Having not been able to participate in a large number of general activities such as going to restaurants. While this rule has been lifted, some restaurants or businesses, in general, might still permit to ask for vaccination cards.
Businesses are also free from having a Covid-19 plan in place under the new rules. Going to the gym is also pretty easy now. There will be no need for your vaccination status. There is also no limit on the number of people doing indoor exercises.
However, all those who are over 12-year-old have to wear their masks within venues that capacitate more than 1000 people. The rules have also changed for those going to clubs. You may now sit and stand while drinking.
While quarantine rules still apply to those that have tested positive, those who need to quarantine but have not experienced any symptoms of the virus may come out of isolation. Workers who need to isolate may also come out of isolation if they are unable to work from home or if the company needs them urgently.
