Roseville Bridge has become inundated with water and has resulted in cars floating on the bridge. Some schoolgirls have also witnessed cars floating by the classroom window.
Residents living in low-lying areas close to the Manly Dam were issued a code red after threats of the dam eventually overflowing. The code red has since been changed to amber.
While the code red has been changed, residents of Sydney are expected to monitor the weather as the rain continues to pour down on the city. The Roseville Bridge is only one of the many places that have become inundated.
Currently, the rain is expected to pour until early Wednesday morning. The Bureau of Meteorology has expressed that winds as high as 90k/ph is expected during late Tuesday.
Thus far, two individuals have died as a result of the flood. The bodies found are believed to be that of a mother and her son. Their neglected vehicle was also found close by.
Right now, roads leading up to Roseville Bridge have been closed off due to the dangers of going through them. Traffic has also worsened as a result of the flood.
A car park has also been flooded with water and is approximately 2 feet high as reported by The Guardian. Additionally, buses have also canceled their trips due to the harsh weather. This is due to the traffic that has persisted on the Roseville Bridge.

As mentioned before, a previous alert on evacuating premises has been removed as the Manly Dam levels have gone down a bit. The Manly Dam is responsible for the distribution of at least 80% of water in Sydney.
The State Emergency Service has announced an amber alert level. As reported by 9News, Premier Dominic Perrottet said that more warnings will follow suit.
