According to ESPN, The Kings paid a steep price, parting with Haliburton. He is the 12th overall pick in the 2020 NBA draft. He had been believed to be a cornerstone player for the franchise’s future.
While the disappointment surrounds Tyrese Haliburton, some other players have also been traded. These players include Tristan Thompson and Buddy Hield. This, of course, was in exchange for Sabonis, Jeremy Lamb, Justin Holiday.

The 21-year-old has a lot in store for his career in the years to come. Unfortunately, he won’t be doing this growth the Kings. He was believed to be a cornerstone player for the team.
