There are numerous trains leaving the area at peak times, midday, in the later afternoon, and a good number of evening trains. The Caledonian Sleeper is an overnight train that travels between Scotland and London. Travellers can opt for a Lowlander route – which travels to Glasgow and Edinburgh, or the Highlander journey which travels to Inverness, Aberdeen, and Fort William.
